The self defense class focuses on defending oneself against a predator.
This "Triple Threat" class named for its focus on striking, take-downs & grappling will be sure to give you an intense cardio workout while at the same time teaching you how to defend yourself against a potentially violent attack.
Students practice in simulated situations how to defend themselves when grabbed, choked or knocked to the ground, with emphasis on eye, throat, groin and knee strikes.
Students will also learn basic punching, blocking and kicking skills through partnered sparring drills.
